Meanwhile, a latest report revealed that CIA director John Ratcliffe proposed a summit between US President Donald Trump, Russian President Vladimir Putin, and Ukraine’s Volodymyr Zelensky during a covert trip to Moscow earlier this week to discuss ending hostilities.
