Kroy “KJ” Biermann Jr , the 15-year-old son of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann, has been arrested and charged in connection with a sexual assault case.
As per reports, The allegations relate to an incident that reportedly happened in April at a fitness center in Alpharetta. She also accused him of forcing oral sex and digitally penetrating her. KJ was arrested in Alpharetta, Georgia, on Monday, August 17, on suspicion of aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery, according to court documents cited by People . Court documents say a female classmate told police that KJ assaulted her inside a co-ed sauna at a Life Time fitness center on April 23.
She alleged that KJ tried several times to have sexual intercourse with her despite her objections, according to the court filings cited by Marca. Medical testing conducted after the alleged incident did not find male DNA in the victim’s mouth or vagina, according to the police report.
The girl reportedly left the area and contacted her family the next day after suffering a panic attack. She was later examined at North Fulton Hospital in Georgia.
The investigation is still ongoing.
