Following a multi-vehicle collision involving a semi-truck, the Dallas North Tollway is closed in both directions close to West Northwest Highway.
All three were reported to be in stable condition with non-life-threatening injuries. Several 911 complaints about a significant collision on the Dallas North Tollway (southbound) near W. Northwest Highway prompted the dispatch of Dallas Fire-Rescue units on Friday, September 25, at 11:08 am.
DFR said the injured included a man and a woman in their 30s and another woman in her 20s. Authorities said the overturned truck was carrying several containers, or totes, filled with miscellaneous fluids, including used cooking oil.
Emergency crews responded after receiving multiple 911 calls reporting a serious collision on the southbound tollway, according to Dallas Fire-Rescue (DFR). The crash involved six vehicles, including an 18-wheeler that rolled onto its side.
