The Leader of Oppisition (LoP) and Congress MP Rahul Gandhi on Saturday said the students’ “three demands” were “non-negotiable” and reiterated that Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan “has to be sacked” after meeting a group of students at his residence.

He also claimed that there were discussions within the government about shifting Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan to another ministry, but asserted that such a move would not be acceptable to students.
“There is talk in govt to move Pradhan to some other ministry, but it is not acceptable to students,” Gandhi said.
