Union Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi , in a letter addressed to Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla, has said that MPs belonging to the Scheduled Castes (SCs) and Scheduled Tribes (STs) are not “given adequate time” to speak during discussions on important Bills in Parliament.
