Jaishankar on Thursday (September 10, 2026) said he met Prince Rahim Aga Khan V and discussed the “impactful work” in social development and heritage preservation by the Aga Khan Development Network (AKND) and explored further opportunities.

Prince Rahim Aga Khan V, 50th Imam of the Ismaili Muslims, began his India visit on September 9 following an invitation from Vice-President C.P. He also met Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday (September 10, 2026).
It has been working in areas, including education, culture, agriculture and food security, and economic development and finance, according to its official website.
Earlier, Prince Rahim Aga Khan V called on President Droupadi Murmu at the Rashtrapati Bhavan.
