Reports have emerged that it is related to Alex Barnett , a suspect in the shooting of Tucson Police recruit, 23-year-old Carlos Ramirez. A SWAT team is in action in Tucson, Arizona .
We have a crew en route, but a resident of the apartment complex tells us, they heard SWAT asking Alex Barnett to come out over the megaphone. He was charged with first-degree murder, armed robbery and aggravated assault. Santiago Rogers, 39, was arrested on August 22 at a hotel near Irvington and Palo Verde roads. He is being held without bond and will appear in court on September 1 for a preliminary hearing.
