The action at the two facilities followed a week of food safety inspections across Bengaluru that began with raids on restaurants and hotel kitchens. The department also inspected Royal Chain Hotel, Madras Kitchen, Tescon Hotel and Sanchez. Food products were seized or discarded at those establishments.
